Course Setup:

All machines, student and instructor, should be configured as follows:

C: Drive formatted as NTFS, 20GB minimum

Windows 2003 Server, default installation except for names
-Instructor should be named \\INSTRUCTOR
-Each computer needs a unique, easy to use name
-Each computer needs a valid IP address for internet connectivity

SQL 2008, Standard or Enterprise Edition (Trial is OK) default installation

Visual Studio .NET 2005 or 2008

Full Install of MSDN Library

Additional Instructor machine Requirements:
-Powerpoint 2003 or greater, full install
-Microsoft Excel 2003 or greater, full install
-C:\Public directory created and shared with Everyone, Read Permissions
-Powerpoint slides downloaded from http://www.certifiednetworks.com/classes/aspnetclass
and installed in C:\PPT directory

For a quality class, please do not clone the drives or rename the machines after installation.
